Temperatures outside our living room window are usually around 15°C or so when we get home. Funny enough, as soon as you leave our apartment and walk 200m in any direction it is 1-3 °C warmer.

We noticed that in what was a disappointing summer . I think even our two doors down next neighbours have had it 1-2°C warmer.

We will investigate. But it seems clear that we have bought a place that is positioned in its own thermal zone.
